Salary: Up to £49,433 depending on qualifications and experience What you''ll be doing: Acting as a role model within the team by demonstrating strong technical ability and exemplar behaviours Fully conversant with all Detail Design processes and Design Management Systems (LCM or process) and can advise and guide team members through application of them Applying technical leadership and expertise to provide advice and guidance to other professionals within project/team Working with the Team Lead using technical expertise to support prioritising team activities, ensuring schedule and cost-effective working is delivered alongside quality expectations Effectively escalating where appropriate complex design issues and advise Detail Design Management on proposed technical resolutions Contributing to technical governance in line with Quality Management Process Your skills and experiences: Essential: SME in any of the following disciplines (Electrical, Structural, Outfit, Mechanical, Piping and HVAC) HNC/HND qualified or equivalent experience Experience in more than one phase of LCM, with sufficient experience of total LCM to enable awareness of adjacent phases / through life engineering issues Eng Tech status or working towards IEng or CEng status
