The Role: What You'll Be Doing

As a MFL Teacher, you'll:

• Plan and deliver creative schemes of work that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress rigorously, providing timely and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in French, Spanish, or a related field. ECTs are welcome to apply.
• Has demonstrated success in teaching French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3-5, with a strong understanding of curriculum requirements.
• Possesses outstanding subject knowledge and a genuine passion for languages and cultures.
• Is an exceptional classroom practitioner with effective behaviour management strategies.
