Corporate Lawyer - 6 month FTC - US FirmWe are instructed by a US law firm in London that is seeking to appoint a corporate lawyer to assist its busy Private Equity team. This role will be offered on a six month fixed term contract basis and will commence as soon as possible.Responsibilities
Support the Private Equity and corporate teams on MandA and PE-related matters.Advise on corporate transactions, document drafting, due diligence, and deal execution under time-sensitive deadlines.Collaborate with cross-border teams as needed to meet client needs.Qualifications
Qualified Corporate Lawyer with experience in MandA and Private Equity.Availability at short notice to commence the six-month FTC role.How to apply
