Camino Search are working with a PE backed, Services firm in a period of transition. They are seeking a

Group Finance Director

to lead the finance function through a period of change and modernisation.The role will require a hands-on leader, with a strong balance of commercial and technical acumen to drive change and execute on the value creation plan post deal.Key Responsibilities

Lead the Group’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processesDrive finance transformation initiatives, including systems upgrades and process automationPartner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-makingEnsure robust financial controls and compliance across the groupManage and develop a high-performing finance teamWhat We’re Looking For

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with post-qualification experience in a group-level roleProven track record in finance transformation or change managementExperience in a professional services or people-based businessStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsTech-savvy, with experience implementing or optimising finance systemsSeniority level
