As Social Media Lead, you will drive the development and delivery of Macquarie Asset Management’s global social media strategy. This includes creating and curating content, managing governance processes, overseeing budget management, supporting staff advocacy programmes, and analysing performance across both organic and paid social media activities.You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business and communications teams globally to curate impactful campaigns and content, identify innovative ways to grow and maximise our social media impact, monitor and report on campaign performance, share insights and recommendations, and enhance governance processes while adhering to risk management frameworks.What You Offer

Over 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in organic and paid social media, community management, and reportingExceptional stakeholder relationship management skills and a client-focused approachA collaborative working style, with the ability to autonomously drive key initiativesProficient in social media channel utilisation, particularly LinkedInExperience with social media technologies, preferably Sprinklr and SmarshA data-driven mindset with the ability to educate and influence stakeholders in decision-makingExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detailStrong commercial acumen with a desire to drive business outcomes
