You re a tenacious and curious Marketing and Communications Executive who ll help us share our brand story in a clear, consistent and engaging way. You ll play a hands-on role in driving marketing activity across all platforms making sure our message hits the mark every time.Working with a supportive and creative team, you ll take ownership of internal and external communications, website updates, social media, customer journey and feedback, and create testimonials and case studies that bring our work to life. You will be working two days in Derby, the rest from home.This isn t a role for someone who plays it safe or churns out generic content. You ll be encouraged to experiment, challenge assumptions and shape how we communicate through collaboration, insight and your own creative thinking.You ll be trusted to lead on marketing coordination, liaising with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are aligned, effective and full of personality.
