Office and Space Management
– Oversee office environment and team spaces, ensuring a best-in-class employee experience.Executive and Team Support
– Provide calendar management, meeting preparation, and seamless communication across leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners.Travel and Event Coordination
– Arrange complex international travel, itineraries, and logistics; plan and deliver high-quality team events.Project Ownership
– Lead and balance multiple projects, driving efficiency and ensuring successful outcomes.Finance and Resource Management
– Manage expenses, budgets, purchase orders, and supply chains with accuracy and compliance.Recruitment and Onboarding Support
– Partner with hiring managers and HR to coordinate new joiner onboarding and team experience initiatives.About You
7+ years’ experience in executive/business support, administration, or operations roles, ideally within a fast-paced, global, or technology-driven environment.Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and events with discretion and executive maturity.Confident project manager, skilled at streamlining processes and improving efficiency.Strong communicator, able to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams.Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a pioneering team at the cutting edge of AI and technology, where you will directly contribute to operational success and help shape the employee experience.Please apply for immediate consideration.Job Details
