We are seeking a

Senior Design Engineer

for a Main Contractor to work on various civil projects including highways, water, rail, and other civil engineering sectors.You will play a leading role in designing complex engineering projects and providing technical guidance to ensure high standards in design and project delivery.Responsibilities:

Lead the design and engineering phases of projects.Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors.Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and resolve technical issues.Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and value engineering exercises.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Candidate Profile:

Experience as a Senior Design Engineer on large civil projects, particularly in structural design.Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; ideally working towards CEng.Proven experience with design software programs.Salary up to £65,000 + car and package.If interested, please apply today to discuss further.
