You''ll troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate technical issues while collaborating with developers and stakeholders to optimize system performance in a fast-paced trading environment. With global support to be provided 24x5 onsite and remotely, you''ll offer technical assistance for a diverse, international user base. The team manage Incident and Request Management, handling support requests and incidents in line with established internal protocols, ensuring timely resolution.Collaborating and troubleshooting, you will need to partner with Level 2 and 3 teams, as well as external vendors, to resolve complex technical issues.
