Head of Design Façade and Aluminium Systems My client are a family-owned façade business with a strong pipeline, modern facilities, and a clear focus on the future. They''re investing heavily in people, capability and compliance and now looking for a Head of Design to lead that journey. This is a real leadership role, not just managing drawings. You ll take full ownership of the design function raising standards, improving process, and building a strong, motivated team around you.
