Lead and inspire your room team to deliver outstanding early years education and care.Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of all children under your care.Maintain accurate records and support each child\''s individual learning journey.Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues to support children\''s development.Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently followed.What We''re Looking For
Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).Has experience working in a nursery environment, ideally with some leadership responsibilities.Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.Is a strong communicator with a warm, nurturing approach.Has the ability to inspire, motivate, and support colleagues while putting children at the heart of everything.Why Work With SENDhelp?
