Locum Litigation Lawyer - Local Authority - South West - Full Time - Remote Working - £55 UmbrellaVenn Group is pleased to be assisting an established Local Authority in the South West which is urgently seeking to appoint an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join its team on an interim basis, starting as soon as possible.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and friendly team. Working alongside others, you will be handling a varied caseload which will predominantly consist of criminal and regulatory litigation, but could also incorporate elements of civil litigation, contentious highways matters, property litigation, debt recovery, judicial review and statutory challenges, unauthorised encampments and education.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate substantial recent experience in criminal/regulatory litigation and judicial review. Previous Local Government experience is essential.For this role, candidates must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with rights to conduct litigation and advocacy. Both full and part-time applicants will be considered.
