MAIN ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Working within an experienced Travel Team to provide top-class service that builds upon clients'' understanding of their needs.Use the framework of the sales process to create an adventure, communicate the value, build excitement, and provide reflection. You will be expected to meet top-level (challenging) booking targets while receivingexcellent customer satisfaction scores and developing long-term relationships that ensure clients return for future holidays and generate referrals. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with the rest of the Travel Team to improve the service provided.Help the Product Team to improve the holiday ''product'' provided.Support the marketing teams to produce content.Build relationships with our Travel Agent partners.
