We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Flood Risk Consultant to a friendly team based near Cardiff.As an Assistant Flood Risk Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:Conducting flood risk surveys for planning, property mitigation, and assessment purposes.Undertaking climate change flood risk analysis at site-specific levels.Preparing detailed flood risk assessments, drainage strategies, and flood management plans. -SAB applications.Interpreting and analyzing flood risk data using GIS platforms.Developing and maintaining in-house flood risk databases.Mentoring and supporting junior team members.Participating in team meetings and contributing to innovative business strategies.-Site visits across the local area.Candidates are required to have a BSc or MSc in a relevant field such as Geography, Civil Engineering, or Environmental Science and experience completing Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and flood mitigation reports or SAB applications.
