This is a hands-on technical role that requires deep infrastructure expertise, end-to-end ownership of solutions, and the ability to work in a collaborative, delivery-focused environment.Responsibilities include:- Own the full lifecycle of infrastructure work packages - from initial design through to prototyping, deployment, and early life support.- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional agile team, including security, service, a and management functions.- Troubleshoot and problem-solve complex technical issues across multiple systems and platforms.- Script and automate repeatable unit tests to ensure functionality meets all requirements.- Develop and maintain design and support documentation.- Drive continuous improvement by supporting change requests and enhancements based on evolving user and business needs.Skills and Experience include:- You are likely to have strong, hands-on experience within the following areas: Email and Directory Services: Exchange, Mail, MTA, SMTP, Border Sync, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS- Web and Server Infrastructure: IIS / Apache, Server Build and Configuration, PKI (TLS, Certificates), VMWare- Automation and Scripting: PowerShell, DevOps tooling (Ansible, GIT, YAML)- Experience with scripting repeatable infrastructure configurations and deploying secure
