This is a fantastic opportunity if you''re someone who enjoys variety in your role, likes being close to the business, and wants to make a real impact as the company continues to grow.What''s the role about?You''d be taking ownership of the monthly management accounts, so it''s hands-on and high visibility. They''re looking for someone who''s confident with reporting, reconciliations, and cashflow, but who''s also happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the day to day. It''s a great blend of transactional oversight and commercial insight.A quick snapshot of what you''ll be doing:Producing accurate monthly management accounts and KPI reportingPosting journals, accruals, and prepaymentsReconciling balance sheets (including intercompany accounts)Posting daily bank transactions and keeping the cashflow forecast updatedHelping with supplier payments, purchase/sales ledger reconciliationsSupporting the budgeting and forecasting processGetting involved with year-end, audits, and ad hoc reporting when neededWhat are they looking for?AAT qualified or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA actively studyingSomeone with a background in engineering or manufacturing would be ideal but not essentialStrong on Excel and comfortable with system based reportingD
