We''ve got a brilliant opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join our client''s maintenance team based in Tottenham Court Road, you''ll gain exposure to a high end commercial site, be part of a market leading company, receive additional training, valuable career experience and will be given the chance to progress further within the organisation!

For this Electrical Engineer position, you will ensure all Planned Preventive (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on electrical systems, actively fault find / troubleshoot, carry out maintenance on mechanical systems and general building services, work alongside the Site Supervisor, fill out site logbooks and respond to client needs.

Electrical Engineer Duties:

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Work with Single & Three Phase Power systems, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Pumps, and BMS
• Safely isolate plant and systems when required
• Ensure all repairs and corrective works meet current regulations and standards
• Promote and adhere to safe working practices and procedures
• Maintain accurate records, including RAMS and logbooks
• Manage tasks via PDA system – raising and closing jobs as needed

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

• Fully qualified in electrical engineering or installations (City & Guilds, EAL, NVQ or equivalent/higher)
• Minimum of 3 years’ commercial maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of commercial M&E plant and systems
• Proactive, professional, and reliable approach to work

Salary and Benefits:

• £45,000 - £50,000 per annum 
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
