Senior Conveyancing Paralegal

to join a busy and supportive team in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience in residential property work, particularly plot sales or high-volume transactions, who enjoys a fast-paced environment and working with autonomy.You’ll be responsible for handling your own caseload, supported by digital tools and efficient systems, and will work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure a high standard of service delivery from instruction through to completion.Key Responsibilities:Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, with a focus on plot sales or similar high-volume workDrafting, reviewing, and preparing documents using internal systems and templatesLiaising with clients, third parties, and internal teams to progress files efficientlyEnsuring accuracy, compliance and consistency across all documentation and communicationsMeeting deadlines and handling competing priorities calmly and professionallyContributing to team targets and wider departmental goalsAbout You:You’ll be an experienced paralegal or conveyancer who thrives in a structured, high-volume setting.
