Commercial Contracts Manager Location: Bristol Our client, a leading defence company, is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to manage the lifecycle of Domestic Commercial contracts with precision and integrity. Commercial Contracts Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance. Oversee the full Route to Contract, including bid processes and cross-functional collaboration. Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and closeouts. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and defence industry standards. Identify potential risks and collaborate across departments to develop mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary contact for contractual matters, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Commercial Contracts Manager experience required: Proven experience in a commercial role within a defence environment. Experience of drafting, negotiating and agreeing contracts and agreements.
