We’re looking for an

IT Operations Manager

to take the reins of their Microsoft cloud estate, keep systems secure and reliable, and lead a small but diverse IT team. This is a chance to combine

hands-on technical expertise

with

strategic leadership , ensuring technology directly enables social impact.

What You’ll Do

Own day-to-day IT operations, mentoring the team and handling escalations.

Manage and develop the

Azure and Microsoft 365 environment , ensuring best practice, security, and continuous improvement.

Lead on

cyber security

standards and disaster-recovery planning.

Oversee IT procurement, licensing, and change management across the organisation.

Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape IT strategy and deliver new projects.

Deep expertise in

Microsoft 365 and Azure : Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, Defender, Exchange, configuration and security.

Solid understanding of

ITIL processes

(ITIL Foundation v3 or above).

Strong background in security and compliance: RBAC, conditional access, GDPR.

Proven leadership skills. Able to guide a team, influence stakeholders, and contribute to strategic growth.

Excellent communication skills, translating complex tech into clear decisions.

Salary from

£53-£55k .
