This person executes recipes that directly impact every outlet of the hotel.The Details:What exactly you will be doingTaste, Taste, Taste! It all starts here. You will be responsible for tasting dishes that come off the section. You are quality control and make sure everything comes out consistent. From sauces to complete dish always checking for flavors and seasoned well. All in all just make sure its delicious.The art of baking and pastry is all about being exact. If you are a little off in your measurements it could make a big difference in the final products.Communication is key! You will be handling all the prep for the outlets communication what is need when and where is very important.. Having a solid communication bond with teammates sets us up for success. Being able to listen and adapt is very important. Having a team that can communicate with one another is the heart of any organization.Clean and organized! You are Mr. Clean making sure that you and the team are following heath codes is important. We want to make it a clean safe work environment. Sanitation buckets at all times. You love fresh product and so does the guest, a sharpie and a label is your new best friendBackground must-have:Current right to work in the United KingdomHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred: 1-2 years experience as a pastry chef in a full-service restaurant or 5* hotelWe believe that our team should be reflective of the world.
