Do you thrive in high-integrity, precision manufacturing environments, working with machining and special processes?We re looking for a Quality Manager to take ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS) and lead a team in driving compliance, continuous improvement, and excellence across products delivered to global customers.What you ll do:Lead the quality function, ensuring AS9100D compliance and customer-specific aerospace requirements.Manage internal and external audits, including AS9100D Stage 1 and 2 certification.Approve First Article Inspections (FAI/AS9102) and oversee MRB and non-conformance processes.Drive special process validation (e.g., shot peening, MPI, EDM) and continuous improvement initiatives.Liaise with customers and suppliers to maintain robust quality performance.Embed quality into NPI, production readiness, and engineering design reviews.What you need to succeed:Proven aerospace quality leadership experience.Deep knowledge of AS9100D, ISO9001:2015, and ISO14001:2015.Hands-on experience with machining, FAI, PPAP, and special processes.Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills (8D, RCA, CAPA).Ability to interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GDandT.Experience managing audits and leading teams to maintain audit-ready systems.Benefits: Competitive s
