This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong electro-mechanical assembly experience and a proven ability to deliver high-quality output in a low-volume, prototype, bespoke manufacturing environment.As the Production Team Leader will lead a small team of technicians, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products are built to specification, on time and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities for the Production Team LeaderLead, motivate, and support a team of Production Technicians to achieve daily and weekly KPIs.Production Planning to schedule and allocate work efficiently.Oversee electro-mechanical assembly activities, including wiring loom fabrication and product build.Ensure all work is completed to the required quality and safety standards.Support prototype and low-volume production, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.Provide hands-on technical support and training to team members.Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and development support.Liaise with Engineering to resolve technical issues and support new product introduction.Ensure all documentation and production records are completed accurately and on time.Skills and ExperienceProven experience in a Production Team Leader or Senior Techni
