Oversee the integration of regional applications into a unified global platform, ensuring consistency and quality across all markets.Maintain high standards for quality and performance.Ensure timely delivery of commitments in close partnership with PMO.Focus on continuous improvement with input from stakeholders to define short-term enhancements and long-term vision. Maintain a pulse on industry dynamics and regulatory changes to inform the global Connect product roadmap.Performance Management:
Identify and track KPIs to analyze conversion rates, performance, and improvement areas.
