Overview

Senior Quantity Surveyor (Residential/Commercial) – Leicester. Salary: Up to £75,000 plus package.Our client is a specialist contractor with a Head Office in the East Midlands. They are looking to expand their operational team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor. As a main contractor, they primarily work in the Build/Refurbishment Division across residential, commercial and education projects. They currently have a turnover of circa £80 million, delivering projects up to £20 million in value.

Responsibilities

Provide quantity surveying leadership as a senior member of a main contracting team on build/refurbishment projects (residential, commercial and education).Work with independence and confidence, making decisive commercial decisions.Lead as the senior quantity surveyor on relevant projects (as a lead).Apply NEC/JCT forms of contract and manage commercial processes accordingly.

Qualifications/Experience

Essential: Previous New Build and Refurbishment experience.Experience across Residential and Commercial sectors.Experience working as a lead on projects.Knowledge of NEC/JCT forms of contract.
