You''ll take ownership of internal audits, supplier assurance, hygiene documentation, GMP verification, and product specifications, playing a key role in ensuring high standards across the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead internal audits and manage corrective actionsMaintain and improve the Quality Management System and SOPsOversee allergen controls, swab testing, and product samplingManage supplier documentation, raw material specifications, and chain of custodySupport complaint investigations and drive root cause analysisEnsure compliance with HACCP, export documentation, and customer expectationsProvide guidance to the hygiene team to enhance food safety standardsWork with NPD and Supply Chain teams to support new launches and technical complianceAbout You:Degree in Food Science, Food Technology
