This is a senior role with responsibility for strategy, operational delivery, compliance and commercial performance.The role has ownership of the Serious Injury function, focusing on service quality, regulatory adherence and sustainable growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in shaping how serious injury services are delivered.Key Responsibilities:Deliver the Serious Injury strategy in line with company objectivesLead operational delivery of medico legal reporting for serious injury casesEnsure compliance with CPR, GDPR, MedCo and industry standardsManage client relationships, governance and escalationsLead and develop operational teams against KPIsDrive commercial performance and continuous improvementAbout You:You will have senior operational experience within a legal/inhouse legal environment, with strong knowledge of serious injury reporting and regulatory requirements.
