An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to come and join a busy client in the Manchester area to oversee and support the operational and team delivery in the Streetscene and Environmental Services team. The main duties of the experienced Senior Operations Manager are: Manage daily operations of the Waste operation site, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.To play a role in the planning, delivery and monitoring of the service areas,Lead and motivate, a large team of operational staff to maximise productivity and efficiency. Experience of working at a senior level managing large scale front line operational services and multi-disciplinary teams.Experience of communicating effectively within a complex organisation and engaging with stakeholders, employees and partners with clarity, confidence and credibility.
