Quality InspectorRole OverviewAs a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You''ll be responsible for inspecting components throughout the manufacturing process, identifying defects, and working closely with production teams to maintain our commitment to excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform first-off, in-process, and final inspections of pressed componentsUse a variety of measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, verniers, gauges) to verify dimensions and tolerancesMaintain accurate inspection records and quality documentationIdentify and report non-conformances, assisting in root cause analysis and corrective actionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the production floorEnsure compliance with ISO and customer-specific quality standardsRequirementsProven experience in a quality inspection role within an engineering or manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of tool pressing processes and metal componentsProficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with quality control tools and techniquesExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilities
