Reed Accountancy are recruiting for a Credit Controller for a Coventry based business.This role is part time - three days per week and offering a very attractive salary of between £18 and £20 per hour.Main responsibilitiesProactively chase outstanding payments via phone and email.Manage and maintain the sales ledger, ensuring accurate allocation of receipts.Reduce aged debt and meet monthly cash collection targets.Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.Resolve invoice disputes.Provide customers with copy invoices, statements, and supporting documentation as required.Prepare weekly debtor reports.Escalate problem accounts following company procedures.Record all communication and maintain accurate notes.This role is a 3-month fixed term contract - may be a little longer.You will be proactive resilient, and results driven, team player with a can-do attitude.Salary is circa £40,000 FTE pro rata PART TIME 3 days per week - office based.
