About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to support students with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioral challenges. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils, both in and outside of the classroom. Assist in the planning and delivery of individualised learning programmes. Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student independence. Support pupils with personal care and emotional regulation when needed. Help maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to support pupils'' development.What We''re Looking For: Experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferred but not essential). A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach to supporting learning and behaviour. Good communication and teamwork skills.
