As the Multi Trade Painter, you will be responsible for: Performing a wide range of multi trade tasks across different trades. Using your skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard of quality. Following project plans, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate execution of work. Identifying and resolve issues that arise during repairs or installations, employing problem-solving skills. Ensuring proper functioning, alignment, and safety of installed components. Adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices on the construction site. Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Following established safety protocols to prevent accidents. To be successful for this Multi Trade Painter role you must have: Have your own van. Come with your own hand and pwer tools. Experience with construction projects. Presented in a clean and tidy manner. Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner. Able to carry tools and equipment by hand
