Supply Desk is seeking a committed Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant secondary school in Watford on a full-time basis from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with classroom experience or a graduate looking to take their first steps into teaching.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across multiple subjects
• Maintain positive behaviour and keep students on task
• Support students during lessons, promoting a safe and respectful learning space
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement
• Ensure materials and work are completed and returned as directed

You Will Need To:

• Have previous school or youth work experience (preferred)
• Be confident in managing classroom behaviour
• Stay calm and professional under pressure
• Show flexibility across different subjects and year groups
• Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check
