Head Of People - Hybrid Working
We are working with a growing organisation to recruit a Head of People to lead and strengthen its people function.The role can be based in either Manchester or Birmingham, with hybrid working on offer.Key responsibilities:Lead the People strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Manage an established team, with the opportunity to further develop and scale the function as the company enters a significant period of growth.Coach and support managers in performance management, employee development, and engagement.Ensure HR compliance and adherence to UK employment law and best practice.Drive engagement, wellbeing, and diversity initiatives to support a positive and inclusive culture.Experience Required:Proven experience operating as a Head of People (or in a senior HR leadership role), with responsibility for setting and delivering people strategy aligned to business objectives.Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, with the ability to manage complex employee relations matters confidently and ensure organisational compliance.Demonstrated experience supporting senior stakeholders and line managers across performance, engagement, and organisational development.CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualificationPlease email your CV in Word format to be considered for this opportunity.Etech Partners needs to collect and use your personal information when you apply for a role.
