They are now looking for a Registered Manager to lead their outstanding-rated service based near Cambridge, ensuring compliance with the CQC and maintaining a safe, effective, and responsive service for clients. The role The Registered Manager will lead and support the Training Manager, Deputy Manager, Live-In Manager, Office Manager and team of carers, ensuring effective teamwork and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Setting clear objectives and expectations for team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
