Telesales Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telesales Representative to join our client s team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, promoting their online booking services, and helping businesses streamline their customer booking experience. You ll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and supporting theirsales growth. The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, and comfortable speaking with a wide range of business owners. Location: Newmarket (on-site or hybrid option) Hours: 12 hours per week 3 mornings per week Contract: Temporary / Part-Time Key Responsibilities for the Telesales Representative: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our online booking platform Follow up on warm leads and inquiries Explain product features and benefits clearly and professionally Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems Support the sales team in achieving weekly targets Provide feedback on customer responses and potential improvements Requirements for the Telesales Representative: Equestrian or horse racing industry experience or knowledge Previous telesales, customer service, or business development experience (preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident and professional telephone manner Self-motivated, reliable, and organised Comfortable working independently and achieving set goals Basic computer literacy and CRM exp
