About the Role We re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor or chartered legal executive looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.The successful candidate will work alongside experienced lawyers, advising a diverse client base on a broad range of private client matters, including Wills, estate planning, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate.We welcome applications from solicitors and chartered legal executives with 0-6 years PQE, as well as paralegals with good experience. We also encourage soon to be qualified solicitors who have completed a Private Client seat during their training contract and are keen to build a career in this area. Key Responsibilities Advising clients on the preparation of Wills, trusts, and estate planning. Handling probate and estate administration matters from start to finish. Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney. Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning issues. Managing and developing relationships with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues across the firm. Assisting senior team members with complex matters and supporting departmental projects. Maintaining excellent file management, compliance, and client care standards.
