Our client, a well-established construction firm based in Crawley, is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Construction Sales Executive to join their busy, personable team. This is a technical sales role where you''ll manage orders and proposals for B2B clients-from initial quotation to dispatch and delivery coordination.We''re looking for a candidate with prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry, and someone confident in interpreting technical drawings. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential, along with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.The Role:Handling inbound enquiries via phone and emailManaging and developing customer accountsCreating quotations from construction drawings and documentsProcessing customer ordersLiaising with internal departments to coordinate deliveriesMaintaining and updating the CRM databaseProactively maximising customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling of new and additional productsThe Person:Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsExceptional customer service and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage a busy workloadStrong IT skills and familiarity with CRM systemsCommercial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities within existing accountsThe Package:Salary up to 35,000 (DOE) + up to 10% annual bonusMonday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm (1-hour lunch break)25 days holida
