The school is seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced SEN English Teacher to join their school based in Barking, East London on an immediate basis. You will deliver English across KS3/KS4. JOB DESCRIPTION Deliver engaging and differentiated english lessons to students with SEMH needs, ensuring their progress and attainment. Deliver 50% online timetable and 50% in the classroom. Develop individualised learning plans and adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students'' varying abilities and learning styles. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes emotional well-being and academic growth. Employ a range of teaching techniques and resources to enhance students'' understanding of English concepts. Utilise assessment tools effectively to monitor students'' progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
