About the Art Teacher Role:

We are seeking an exceptional-Art Teacher-to join our dedicated-Art-department. The successful-Art Teacher-will have the opportunity to teach-Art-across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students with engaging lessons and a love for visual expression.

What you''ll do as an Art Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and innovative-Art-lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and artistic abilities.
• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment where students feel confident to explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills.
• Teach a variety of-Art-techniques and media, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital art.
• Encourage students to engage with-Art-history and contemporary art practices.
• Organise and participate in school exhibitions and art events.
• Assess and monitor student progress in-Art, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
• Contribute to the development of the-Art-curriculum and departmental resources, ensuring that our teaching remains current and engaging.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of-Art-teaching.

What you''ll need to be a successful Art Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in-Art, Fine Art, or a related field.
• Experience teaching-Art-at the secondary level.
• A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for-Art.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• A passion for-Art-and a commitment to inspiring students.
