What you''ll be doing Managing a range of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and absence management Coaching and advising managers on employee relations matters and best practice Supporting with investigations and preparing documentation for hearings Ensuring all cases are handled in line with company policy and employment legislation Working closely with the wider People team to support day-to-day HR activity where neededWhat we''re looking for Previous experience in a HR Advisor / ER Advisor role Strong employee relations knowledge and confidence managing cases end to end Retail, hospitality or multi-site experience would be a bonus Someone who is pragmatic, calm and able to build strong relationships with managers Available to start immediately or at short noticeThis is a great opportunity to join a supportive People team and make an immediate impact during an important period for the business.
