Your new role As a Stock Condition Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor, you''ll be helping the organisation to go from 87% completion to 100% in their stock condition data. You''ll be visiting residential properties to carry out a stock condition survey and domestic energy assessment. You''ll be working closely with the planned maintenance team and with other internal teams to plan and coordinate your diary and appointments, working smartly to gain access to the remaining properties where access has been a challenge. We expect you''ll be completing between 6 and 8 surveys per day.
