While healthcare projects currently form a large portion of the Quantity Surveyor workload, the wider portfolio also includes schemes in commercial, residential, and public sectors.This position would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to take on greater responsibility and gain well-rounded experience across both pre- and post-contract stages. Hybrid working is available, and the consultancy provides structured support for those working towards APC.Key Responsibilities:Deliver full quantity surveying services across pre and post contract phasesSupport on cost planning, tendering, and procurement strategiesPrepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and contract documentationLiaise with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure effective cost managementAttend site meetings, monitor progress, and manage valuationsAssist in the delivery of healthcare-focused projects, ensuring compliance and best practiceContribute to team and project s
