We''re seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Project in Belfast.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience managing construction sites

- Strong background in site management

- SMSTS certification (or equivalent)

- CSCS Manager card

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Key responsibilities:

- Manager site for an internal refurb

- Overseeing the full processof works including ordering materials, managing teams, meeting deadlines

- Reporting back to higher managers
