As Head of Sales, you will take full ownership of the sales strategy and revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of business events across EMEA. You''ll be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company''s commercial footprint across the region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a high-performing sales and growth strategy across the EMEA region. Drive sponsorship, delegate, and partnership sales across a broad portfolio of conferences Identify and capitalise on new revenue streams, market opportunities, and strategic partnerships. Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed targets through clear performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, operations) to ensure commercial goals align with event delivery and brand positioning.
