We’re looking for a talented and experienced

Architectural Designer

to join our team. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with a passion for residential architecture and a solid understanding of UK planning regulations. You will be responsible for initial client consultations, planning research, and the development of creative, compliant, and functional concept designs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client consultations to gather project requirements and understand their vision.Perform in-depth planning research to ensure regulatory compliance.Develop and present concept designs that are both innovative and practical.Prepare design documentation and drawings for planning applications.Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients throughout the design process.Stay current with residential design trends, planning policies, and construction methods.Support the broader team in delivering high-quality architectural outcomes.Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5 years'' experience designing UK residential extensions.Part 1 Architecture qualification (or equivalent).Strong grasp of architectural design principles and residential construction methods.Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is a plus.Excellent knowledge of UK planning and building control regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.What We Offer
