This role requires someone who has strong Joinery experience with a good eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:• Operate CNC drilling and CNC router machines to manufacture joinery components.• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines according to job specifications.• Read and interpret technical drawings• Ability to program jobs into the machine• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as needed.• Ensure precision and quality of finished products.• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.Attributes:• An excellent communicator• Good attention to detail• Team player
