About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Lift Engineer to join our team, covering the M25 & Home Counties. The role involves the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of lifts and escalators in various commercial and residential buildings. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out installation, servicing, and repairs of passenger, goods, and platform lifts.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and complete repairs promptly.
• Ensure all work adheres to industry regulations, including LOLER and PUWER standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and apprentices.
• Complete all relevant documentation and reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Participate in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years'' experience as a lift engineer.
• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification (essential).
• Extensive knowledge of lift systems, including traction and hydraulic lifts.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong adherence to health & safety regulations and best practices.
