This role involves preparing and spraying doors and frames to a high standard using water-based paints. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and take pride in producing high-quality finishes.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing doors and frames ready for spraying, including sanding, filling and surface preparationApplying water-based paints using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finishEnsuring all surfaces are correctly prepared prior to sprayingMaintaining a clean and organised work areaCarrying out quality checks to ensure work meets required standardsFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesRequirementsMinimum 1 year experience as a Paint SprayerProven experience working with water-based paintsAbility to sand, fill and prep doors and frames to a high standardExperience using spray equipment professionallyStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipReliable with a strong work ethicPackage£30,000 - £34,000 salaryMonday to Friday workingStable, full-time positionOpportunity to join a growing team
