We are seeking a Front-End Senior Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled problem solver with extensive experience in software development, architecture, and best practices. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior engineers, lead technical initiatives, and collaborate across teams to build scalable and efficient applications.Responsibilities

Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance software solutionsTechnical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drive technical discussionsCode Quality: Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testingArchitecture and Design: Lead architectural decisions, optimize system performance, and contribute to technical roadmapsCollaboration: Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions from design to productionProblem-Solving: Diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutionsSecurity and Compliance: Ensure software security, performance, and compliance with industry standardsContinuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and recommend process and technology improvementsCommunication: Ability to communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders, tailoring communication style and content to different audiences (technical and non-technical)Qualifications
